Craig D.T. Dahlin, President
Craig has over 20 years’ experience building, managing and directing complex engineering and software projects. He coordinates and designs systems and processes that allow clients to control mission critical information. As president of Market Reader Pro®, he has developed and internationalized online market research tools used for collecting consumer insight. He has also developed an online panel of consumers, which now numbers more than 160,000 strong and is growing at the rate of well over 300 new panelists/day. He has led the development of a new division, Descriptive Digital Data™, which assists clients in understanding the complexities of the Web in order to develop successful targeted campaigns and promotions. A mechanical engineer by training, Craig has worked in a variety of technical environments. His most recent technical achievement is to co-develop a patentable 3D web-based image system for Advantage3D®. |

MoonEagle Arndt, MA, Vice President, Consumer Insight Research
MoonEagle received her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Antioch University. She has many years of post-Master’s experience in successful project management as well as program development, marketing, and administration in the field of psychology. She is widely experienced in regulations compliance and is a trained Performance Improvement Coordinator (FOCUS–PDSA/Deming Model). MoonEagle’s work with Market Reader Pro includes: business strategizing; co-development of new web-based market research services (both quantitative and qualitative); demonstration of services to potential clients; design of consumer insight studies and the related data analysis and reporting (including having results published in trade journals).

Jerri Perilman, Analyst, Study Designer & Analyst
Jerri has extensive marketing and marketing research experience in consumer packaged goods, advertising agency and health care industries. Her background includes 8 years’ experience in marketing research management positions at The Gillette Company. She has conducted independent research analysis and consulting on a variety of consumer products and business-to-business research, since 1989. She is well versed in conducting actionable research for both new and established brands. Additionally, Jerri has extensively employed research techniques in the following areas: Concept and product testing, Satisfaction studies, Advertising development/evaluation, Segmentation studies, Qualitative research, Tracking studies, Test marketing (simulated/actual), and Image studies.
Jennifer Bentsen, Project Manager
With a B.S. in Accounting / Business Administration, Jennifer has spent over 20 years keeping businesses on the right financial track helping to manage cash flow and investments, finding tools to grow a business or cut costs through changes in habits and improved efficiency. She has worked in diverse capacities, sometimes in the trenches so to speak, with a wide variety of businesses from fuel oil companies to advertising agencies, manufacturers and importers to the entertainment industry, building up a plethora of knowledge and experience that serve our clients well.

Before joining Market Reader Pro®, Timm served as Director of Ratings and Analysis for Health Grades, Inc. He created the company’s database infrastructure and analytic division which published reports via their website and national publications. Mr. Dahlin’s functional representation of healthcare quality data assisted in gaining attention for the company’s site which has been declared one of the “50 Most Incredibly Useful Sites” by Yahoo Internet Life and was described as “innovative” by Forbes magazine. To help consumers evaluate and compare Patient Safety performance, Mr. Dahlin analyzed patient outcome data for virtually every hospital in the country using MedPAR file data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) which contains the inpatient records for Medicare patients. From 1992-1999, Mr. Dahlin was Assistant Vice President of Provider Services for Solucient Inc. He managed a team of 80 who were responsible for delivering healthcare data analysis to hospitals and consumers electronically and in hard copy format. Mr. Dahlin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from State University of New York at Fredonia. |
